Based on the idea that bolt tensioning devices don’t have to be screwed on the bolt ends anymore, AS Tech developed an automatic bolt tensioning device. The developed automatic bolt tensioning device with a patented technique assure to our customers a time saving of 60% while using the axial tensioning technique. Field tests as well as independent analysis from our customers in the wind turbines branch as well as steel manufacturers confirmed our prognosis. The new development for this technique was accompanied and co-financed through the European Union, funds for regional developments. The documentation system BodAS finds more and more application, parallel to providing the requirements and evaluation of bolt connections as well as measuring the remaining tensioning force in already existing bolt connections. Thus AS Tech provides, beside the customer designed versions for monitoring of screw connections and hydraulic systems, corresponding services where measurements and documentations take place directly at our customers plants. AS Tech GmbH covered this year in cooperation with the companies Alki Schraubtechnik and RS Randack Spezialschrauben all categories concerning bolt connections on its fair stand. Beside the technical and the interesting discussions with our customers from the wind turbine branch – AS Tech supplies almost all manufacturers – new contacts were established especially for the international market. With the 10th anniversary of the As Tech GmbH, an integration of an ERP system started this summer. For the first time we exhibited with our partner, the company Valmiera, in Russia and Alki Schraubtechnik at two fairs in Moscow. The visitors of „Miningworld“ fair as well as for Neftegas, specialized for oil- and gas industries, showed a big interest for our products. At this occasion, a lot of new contacts were established. The company AS Tech GmbH has extended its product portfolio in the branch of its own developed electro hydraulic aggregate from the known maximum pressure of 2500bar to 4000 bar. Due to the very large demand for the Mini-EDP introduced in spring,
it is currently delivered in series with two equipments variants. Depending

With the support of our documentation system BodAS, our customers receive
an accurate evaluation of the conditions of their bolt connections and plants

Mainly for maintenance and applications at hard reachable places, we have developed a new electrical pump.
With a total weight of 30 kg, this new pump can reach a volume flow up to 3 l/min and

Since the beginning of 2007, the first series of conical bolt connections were developed and built by AS Tech.
Assembling and disassembling is ensured quicker and safer in comparison to the former used
